After being let down 3 times by viagogo I tried seatwave . The service was seamless and I received my e tickets on the same day as purchase! There was no chasing up or contacting customer service . The concert was JLS on Saturday at the phones 4 u area in Manchester! Further than I had originally wanted to travel as I live in Nottinghamshire but a night my 10 year old will never forget !
The area staff were great and the seats were excellent. Had it not been for Seatwave I would have had a heartbroken daughter, unable to see her favourite band's last concert.
I will definitely use seatwave again and I will recommend to friends.......there was nothing I needed to know prior to the event as the website was comprehensive Thank you
