Bought a ticket for Bruce Springstein in Stratford Park. Ticket would not scan. Had to buy another one.
Seatwave have been awful.
Wanted me to get a letter from the Venue - a field.
Then from Ticketmaster because they sold the ticket - No they didn't, Seatwave did.
Attached the duff ticket to the e-mail - Seatwave cannot see whose it was - it is written on the ticket.
Will never buy from Seatwave again.

Hi there,
thank you for your feedback.
Our priority here at Seatwave is to ensure that we get you to the chosen event. So we are very careful in following up any unusual issues that may arise, this would be one of them.
Whilst we fully appreciate the disappointment you have experienced, given that the tickets are provided from a third party, we would require the written confirmation from the venue that you were unable to gain entrance as proof in order to be able to proceed actions against the seller.
As Seatwave is a marketplace, we don’t own the tickets, therefore the proof from the venue is needed as we need to pass this information on to the seller. We hope you can understand that this measurement is in place to protect sellers that use our site who supply genuine tickets.
We take our Job very seriously and we share the passion for live events with our customers, this is why we have strict terms and conditions in place for sellers and we will ban any seller who is supplying invalid tickets from our site.
We would like to urge you to provide us with the written proof so we can do the right thing and refund you the full purchase price and take the appropriate actions against the seller of your tickets as we feel you have been let down.
Once again, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience and are sorry for the disappointment felt.

Sorry but this does not impress.
You have the ticket.
You can follow it up but you will not. You seem to like to manage a problem, not find a solution.
You have failed to honour your Promise.
You say:-
"So Seatwave promise this:
You will receive the ticket you ordered, on time, valid for entry. ...
We call this our Ticket Integrity TM and it means you can buy from us with absolute confidence....
All we ask is that you:...
3.Let us know within 7 days of the event if you experience any problems with the tickets at the venue.
4. Make sure that you keep any unused tickets which must be returned to us in order to get your refund."
You do not say anywhere "You must do this and you must do that and we will not do anything until you have climbed this mountain and swam that river ..."
I did as you asked. You have done nothing but create hurdles and you have not honoured your "Ticket Integrity".
Your Ticket had no Integrity and sadly, in this instance, neither have you.
I would say that previously, my Seatwave tickets were very good. Good service. Good tickets. All good. Unfortunately here, it has been like buying a duff ticket from a tout. All flannel, no action and one can see there will be no result.
It seems to me people can offer duff tickets on Seatwave and the buyer is not protected and that is sad because I thought I was buying from 'better than a tout' but I was not and will not buy from Seatwave again.
Thank you for letting me have my rant.
