Paid a fortune for Michael Buble tickets - seats totally obscured by sound and lighting equipment. Thank god 02 took pity on us and agreed to mov us, seat wave is the biggest rip off ever. We were surrounded people who thought the same

We would like to apologise for the disappointment you've experienced with your ticket purchase.

Seatwave is a marketplace where people can buy and sell tickets. This means that the tickets listed come from fans and distributors around the world.

Whilst we fully appreciate that you weren't happy with the location of the seats, our website offers you a seating plan of the venue that displays the different blocks and sections and lets you choose the tickets within the specific block you would like to sit.

We are sorry to hear that the sound and light equipment has restricted your view as the location for the equipment would have been the decision of the venue and this is something which is of course out of our control.

We do appreciate you getting in touch with us and welcome your feedback as we use it to make Seatwave a better marketplace.
