Still waiting for Bon Jovi tickets for tomorrow night in Glasgow. My daughter and partner travelling 500 miles for a short holiday, but mainly to see her favourite band. Been in touch by phone and tickets were promised next day delivery for today. Today they say they haven't been dispatched and can't find my details. They now say tickets may be collected from their office in Glasgow tomorrow. We shall see...
The worry and aggravation would be unnecessary if Seatwave simply did their job properly. We will not be using them again!

Our priority here at Seatwave is to ensure that we get you to the chosen event so we are very careful to follow up any unusual issues that may arise and this would have been one of them.
Excellent customer service is very important to us and it is also important to us to make things right when they do go wrong. We regret any inconvenience you have experienced and it’s disappointing to hear when our customers are less than happy, especially when tickets get lost during the delivery process as this is something which is of course out of our control.
We always act very responsible which is why we have sourced replacement tickets for you however due to the proximity of the event the only option was to collect the tickets in our collection point in Glasgow.
We regret that this transaction did not run as smoothly and so we would like to offer you something towards a future experience.
