Ticket supply

Firstly I was concerned that only a week prior to the event the tickets had still not been posted out to me. Because they were sent at the last minute, I was unable to arrange to be at home when they were delivered so as a signature was required they were taken back tot he post office. I had to make a special trip to the sorting office on Saturday to collect the tickets for the concert on the Monday. I feel that Seatwave's charge for postage is significantly in excess of the cost of normal Royal mail recorded delivery.
Once I received the tickets, I found that the face value price in the original advert was misrepresented. I specifically went for these tickets as they were shown as a slightly higher face value than most available so I anticipated they would be closer to the stage. This proved not to be the case.
Having said all that, the seats were good with an excellent view and we thoroughly enjoyed a great concert.
