Bought my tickets to see Florence + the Machine in December for my girlfriends anniversary, ordered my tickets from seatwave around late September/early October. I understood the regulations of the tickets being sent on the week of the event. The concert was on a Saturday and I still hadn't received anything on a Wendsday not even an email from seatwave saying they are chasing they seller or the tickets may not come in time etc, it was only when I emailed seatwave of my frustration on when the tickets will arrive did they email the next day (Thursday) saying they are chasing the seller to send the tickets and went through instructions on a refund. Luckily the tickets were sent HOWEVER spending an astonishing amount on seatwave and patiently waiting for the past few months as well as that week was extremely annoying to receive my tickets only the day BEFORE the event. I would not suggest seatwave, they're unreliable and unprofessional and even if my tickets did get to me at the end their was still a MASSIVE chance of them not coming through and I think if I didn't contact seatwave myself the tickets wouldn't even have been sent which is extremely unfair as I/we as customers have done are part in paying and waiting for the tickets.
