Charged my cards, seats arent available, money now tied up!!

DO NOT purchase from these "resellers" . I have wanted to take my children to see Lion King for 3 years. I saved up the money, researched ticket prices, and seat positions. I spent $479 for 3 tickets that were average in the middle of the balcony seating. After purchasing, I get a call from Good Seat Tickets that tells me "the tickets I purchased aren't available." (Ummm, yes they should be available, I paid for them.)
They told me that my card was refunded and offered to help me purchase other seats. These were off to the side in other parts of the theater. None of which worked for me and my two children.
My bank is not showing a refund of the money which is preventing me from being able to purchase other tickets to the show. The tickets are selling out fast.
The only thing that they offered was a pointless "Sorry".
