Get Me In - www.getmein.com Review

I put 2 tickets for sale on GETMEIN for which I have paper trail of my tickets, barcodes etc. A buyer purchased via site & tickets sent via special Delivery. When buyer went to venue both tickets were rejected.

I contacted venue for explanation who advised - ticket 1 rejected as wrong entry point. Venue confirmed this was a valid ticket and access would of been allowed if customer went to correct entry gate. The buyer did not do this. Ticket 2 refused as ticket had already been scanned into the venue. It was explained this ticket had been resold and reissued with an e-ticket by another agent. I did not send an e-ticket to the buyer and had no connection with this ticket agent. This ticket agent has confirmed they can track who resold my ticket but GETMEIN won't get involved.

I have sent information to GETMEIN why these tickets were rejected and suspect one of these tickets were resold on receipt. GETMEIN are prepared to fully refund the Buyer and penalise me with charges and loss of monies for sold tickets, even tho buyer had valid entry ticket for venue.

As a seller on this site I followed my obligations to provide the buyer with genuine tickets.

I have reported this issue to Action Fraud and GETMEIN to Trading Standards but this does not indicate that I can retrieve my funds.
