Our daughter bought us tickets to Elton John as a gift. The tickets didn't arrive until the morning of the concert which was completely unacceptable. Our daughter then had to make a round trip of an hour to get them to us. They were not the seats we had chosen online but were on the far left of the stadium a long way from the stage - if there hadn't been a big screen we wouldn't have seen much. Finally, our tickets had a value of £40 each (printed on them) for which we had paid £92.82 each, plus a processing fee of £34.06 and a delivery fee of £10.57!! Complaints to Get Me In result in a standard reply stating they are only a subsidiary company and don't own the tickets so they don't take any responsibility for prices, seat changes or delivery delays. A very expensive lesson for us and we certainly won't be using them again.
