I am a completely dissatisfied customer. I paid over the odds to purchase good seats and insure they were legitimate. I paid £556 for tickets that were unusable!! It was really upsetting and I was gutted!!! The tickets you sold me did not allow me into the concert and as a result has ruined the evening. We left work early and incurred travel expenses, including congestion charges, only to have to turn around and go home early. I have complained to my credit card company as they did not deliver the product I purchased online. Barclay Card will be disputing this transaction on my behalf. I have asked for a full refund immediately. Adding to my frustration is the fact that there is no easy way to lodge a complaint and address issues with that company. I can't seem to get through on the phone I would have appreciated a call from their customer service to address the issue and clarify how I claim my 150% compensation. I will not be using them again and will make sure all of my friends and family know not to use their site as well.
