Booked tickets for my 19th birthday a year n half ago and three tickets cost £257. Good seats too.
It was booked for Friday 21st September 2012 but on the Monday, I got a call from a rep who said that there was a problem with the seller and that my tickets had been cancelled because the sellers tickets were for collection only from the box office using the original card holder details. And of course the to let holder wasn't going to turn up for 20 mins.

I couldn't believe it but I got 150% refund but originally they gave me the 50% amount as credit for my account on GETMEIN!
After a strongly worded email :) they gave me all the money as a cheque.
But obviously I'm still upset as I'm a massive fan like all other fans out there I didn't have that much money lying about so it was special "/
