I tried to sell tickets through Get Me In but UPS were unable to collect due to lack of information. Get Me In have since made threats to charge 2 and a half times the origanal price to resupply the tickets to the purchaser. Do not use these very bad people.

If you didn't give them enough information to allow UPS to collect the tickets what do you expect? Think about the poor person that paid for the tickets but didn't receive them. Getmein is charging you that money so they can compensate the buyer. Getmein is behaving totally correctly - it's YOU who is in the wrong here.

hi what was the outcome of this?I too am being threatened by the! they're saying i have to pay 150% in compensation to the buyer of some tickets!! its a joke. long story short I listed tickets on getmein and ebay about 2 months ago the tickets sold on ebay a couple of weeks later, so i logged into getmein and removed them by clicking the live box and updating page (as they said to do) that i thought was the end of it untill yesterday ive received an email saying i need to dispatch the tickets?!

If supplying them with full name and address with postcode, company name and two telephone numbers is not enough then what is?

In addition when contacted by GET ME IN they suggested the performance was at Royal Albery Hall obviously a misspelling but also the incorrect venue for the event.

Getmein NEVER componsate buyer they always think of excuses.... I recieved tickets before AFTER event, but cause I got tickets I wasn't in titled to 150% refund as promised by terms of sale.... In fact they made me feel "lucky" just to get my money back after 3weeks of arguing,..... Who has actually got 150% back???
