Bought "premium tickets" for twenty one pilots for £60 which said early access be there early and beat the queue. Received standard tickets and couldn't every email I sent to no response. Once finally calling and getting an answer had the rudest woman to talk to and was about as helpful as a wet cardboad box on a rainy day. Who actually ended the call on me. Turns out the only premium was getting royally screwed over. The be there early was actually just 30 quids advice of ger there early.

Would never recommend, and would never deal with them again. Regret everything about it bar the actual concert.
