i have been purchasing concert tickets from double eight since early 2009. i have bought tickets from them for many concerts at all of the major london venues. their service has been consistently good and i have no major complaints. the only item that i would flag is that based on my experience, and that of others may be different, when i have bought "first five rows" i have always gotten the fifth row and never the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th and certainly never the first row. the premiums can be high but if you want first row seats to a concert i do not know of another ticket broker in london that can supply as consistently as they can.
