Had never used this company before, so was a bit apprehensive re cost, delivery of tickets and possible positioning of seats.
Was pleased with Eric Clapton ticket, although there were delivery problems, as they were waiting for their availability.At their suggestion,I visited the office to collect the tickets.
My postal delivery charges were also reimbursed with no delay.
The staff were welcoming, and the ticket was ready for me.
Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen tickets arrived in plenty of time, so I am pleased.
Double8 are easy to reach on the phone, not an 0845 or 0803 no, and kept to all their promises and commitments.
Only real quibble is the add on. Delivery charges are always over the top, but Double8 are not alone.
Will use Double8 in the future, as they are clearly keen to do things properly.
