The website is not forthcoming of the actual tickets for their events. They do not disclose specifics or limitations from the seller until you get your purchase email confirmation. They hide behind their no refund policy. I simply wanted a refund of the tickets I purchased because the seller notes said limited view seats in the confirmation email. I was going to purchase different seats AND add a ticket because my party grew by one. The customer support is not helpful and focuses on reiterating their policy versus helping to solve customer pain points. Never use this site.

“This company completely misrepresented the ticket...”

This company completely misrepresented the ticket location/package. The customer service rep admitted that this was "normal" practice and then was very rude. The horrible rep said to stop complaining and go to the game.

“Embarrassing/.Horrible Service/ Never Again!!”

Did not deliver tickets purchased for Garth Brooks in Detroit last night....Tickets purchased were Main Flr seats near the stage... and when got to the venue were far from the stage and in the lower level.... Tickets were purchased online through Direct Seats and the Debit Card was sent from VIP Ticket Source via Fed Ex... Had to call both companies tracking down shipment....No phone calls or emails back....Finally showed up a few days before show....I also purchased overnight shipping and it took over a week to arrive.... Tried calling and emailing both companies last night and zero response!! Finally reached an Asian sounding woman at VIP Ticket Source this afternoon who hung up on me... I've used STUBHUB for many years and will stay with them as I have NEVER had an issue.... Terrible Customer Service for 2 companies who supposedly cater to VIP...!! Beware!!!

“What a ripoff! Was charged more than double face value!!”

I am full aware that sites like these charge more for tickets than a TicketMaster, LiveNation or the like... however, I was charged DOUBLE the face value of the tickets I just purchased- I have been using sites like these for years and have purchased anywhere from 1 or 2 tickets up to 15 at a time- never before was I charged this much more than face value- not once! Very displeased and would NOT recommend them.

“Fast Service - pot luck on suites”

Good transaction. Ordered tickets yesterday and they arrived today. The only negative for us was we bought lower level luxury suite seats - and they couldn't tell us which suite it would be. We rolled the dice and bought these as opposed to our usual floor level seating, and got stuck with the worst location as far as luxury suites go. Our mistake, I won't be doing this again.

“Horrible Company and Horrible Customer Service”

Lied about ticket availability, price, and overall situation. Sold me tickets that didn't exist, then wouldn't uphold their guarantee. Charged my card and never delivered the tickets ( the did give a refund eventually) and when i spoke with management they dismissed my concerns due to policy. I would never use this company nor would i recommend anyone else does either.

I am so happy I gave your website a chance. The tickets were a great price and great seats right next to the stage. I love that I could get the tickets last minute. I only bought them four days before the event. The tickets were a gift for my mother and it was a concert she has wanted to go to for as long as I can remember and I'm in my thirties so I am truly greatful and now she can cross something off her bucket list.

“sold tickets didn't even have”

I bought tickets for my wife for pit seats to Rascal Flatts and The Band Perry for christmas and 5 days before concert i find out they don't have the tickits anymore they never had them. Would pee on them if they were on fire.

“Ripped me off and Awful customer service ”

I went online to buy tickets for a show and it prompted me to this site. I was happy to get tickets but once I printed the tickets out (a couple weeks later) I noticed the price of the ticket was $45!! I paid $170 for this ticket!!! They totally ripped me off!! I also noticed they were 3rd level balcony tickets which I ordered 1st row 2nd level ticket!! Very disappointed! I called to see if they happened to sen me the wrong tickets and guy was very rude and defensive. I asked to speak to a manager and he said "I'm the manager"! I asked if this was a large repeatable company and he insisted it was. But when i asked to speak with someone else, He said he was the only person there!! Ya right! What a scam! I would NOT buy tickets from this company!! Go to ticketmaster or directly to the venue for tickets!! I will NEVER buy tickets from here again!!!

“Website issues”

Have not received tickets yet, but disappointed with the website. It stated my $75 tickets would be $70 with the discount code. I ordered 9 tickets so my discount should have been $45 instead it was only $33. I called the number however noone could help me. They gave me an email addy for tech support as tech support has no contact number, tech support did not respond. I know it is only $12 but its the principal and money out of my pocket, plus how many others will or have lost $ with each order due to website glitch as the lady put it? I had to place my order as tickets for 9 together were few and now we'll see if they reimburse me. That will determine whether or not I use this site again or if I will refer my friends.

What does it mean when it says A-Z etc. How do you know exactly what row you will be sitting in? I don't understand that. because if I'm ordering online I want the first row. Not the last. What does that mean?
