I ordered a replacement strap for my Suunto, and three weeks later I am still waiting for the item to arrive. I have tried calling the offices, however am met with an automated reply directing me to various e-mail addresses. This is the second e-mail I have had to write inorder to chase up my purchase, and no-one has had the courtesy to reply. If anyone from the company reads this, please can you send me what I have paid for !

I ordered a Garmin 610 a couple of weeks ago. It was actually not in stock, although the website never said as such. So the email came through as on back order. My first email to find out an estimated date was ignored. The second one got a reply, and said it should have been with them on Monday. Monday has been and gone no watch, no further update. Three further emails have had no reply, can only get through to an answerphone. Left a message, but unsurprisingly no reply to that either. I think they need to brush up on their customer service skills. As soon as I do finally get hold of someone, it will be to cancel the order and arrange a refund. My first and last dealings with them.

I bought a watch for my husbands birthday, it took much longer than the specified time to arrive. I kept it for the actual date. When he opened it the device did not work. It took 6 phone calls and 2 emails to get any response. When I did get a response they said it was out of their 7 day time and 30 days and to return the device straight to the manufacturer myself. The only good thing was they were polite. I was told this is what they would do anyway. So rubbish lead time, faulty goods and no follow up - no I could not recommend this at all and would not every buy from this store again.

We are sorry you had a problem, we offer a 30 return policy instead of the normal 7 days,. I believe that this item was reported after more than 30 days,
The item was covered by the manufacturers worldwide guarantee and we recommended that customer used the manufacturers specialist website to report the fault, which is the procedure that the manufacturer advise us to adopt with this type of problem,
We offered to help the customer with this and i copy my email below, but we didnt receive any more communication
"If you wish I can complete the online fault report for you do to this I require your invoice number, the serial number of the watch and also a description of the fault. "
We do hope that the customer managed to resolve the problem and we are still more than happy to assist.
