I have just bought two KTM electric bikes from Winstanleys. I was concerned about the number of poor reviews I had read and spoke to salesman about my concerns prior to placing my order. He re-assured me sufficiently that I went ahead with the order.

The bikes arrived as arranged but there were two issues that required attention.
These issues were brought to the attention of the Customer Services Dept. I then received a phone call from the service manager with whom I talked through the issues.

Both issues were dealt with promptly and I cannot fault the after sales service or the level of communication that I received in getting these two issues dealt with.

Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Winstanleys bikes for both cost and service and would happily use them again.
