This is a horrible company with lousy customer service.
Ordered 5 items from them. 2 of them were out of stock (no info on homepage). I got several mails on further delay on these. I accepted that, but to my surprise they did not ship the goods they had in stock (no info about that). Now they want to charge me carriage on the delivery because its below their minimum treshold for free delivery.

We appreciate the comments made in all reviews, good or bad, as this give us the opportunity to deal directly with the issues that concern our customers most.
In response to this review we are today adding more relevant information to the "international orders" section of our website regarding the shipment of overseas orders. Customer service is of genuine concern to us.
