I queried an item that showed in Stock by calling them and speaking to an advisor. She advised she would call me back regarding the product once she had checked it. after 48 hours and 4 calls in to chase her through other staff, i lost the will to live. I called in again got through to her 5 mins before close to be told she couldn't find the item, although it sounded more like a "i cant be arsed to look". Very poor service when compared to Chain Reaction, Wiggle and the cycle store.

Both pre and post sales service is appalling.
