Used to be the best! May be prep for IPO, but price structure has changed making the great deals they used to have history.

Customer service will not bend on anything regardless of loyalty which is sad - I've really tried to give them my money! Other ebay stores (new, buy-it-now) are cheaper and they will not price match.

Voucher structure is bad now too unless you genuinely need to buy exactly what is on offer (e.g. GBP200 of shoes/clothes gets GBP40 off - with this discount the price is comparable to alternatives, but why would I buy three pairs of shoes when I can buy elsewhere for the same price).

Genuinely sad :(

We do try to make sure that all of our products are priced competitively and we do offer a price match service. If you do find an item cheaper somewhere else then please let us know so that we can look into matching it for you.
