“shop from any bike stores but not wiggle”

I have put 5 orders so far, regretted and had problems for all of them. Once you put the order there is no way to cancel it or change anything in the last one i put my office address for the delivery by mistake and sent them a mail right after that but they didnt change it and delivered it to the office. Totally useless help desk, very poor business management, terrible service.

Thank you very much for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We are so sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with us.

If we have items in stock we aim to process the order as quickly as possible so our customers can receive their orders without delay. We understand how disappointing it is to place an order and have to wait a day or two before it is processed so we try very hard to avoid this.

We do have a 'cancel' button that can be found on the order within your Wiggle account. This means that if you notice that the order is wrong you can cancel it before it enters our system and cannot be amended. Hopefully you are able to use this service on future orders to avoid any further inconvenience.

Our customer service team are dedicated to assist customers in the best way possible but sadly there are occasions where orders have progressed too far or have even been dispatched before we get to them. Sadly on these occasions we can only offer our sincere apologies and will assist you in returning any unwanted items.
