Having previously had decent prices and fair service from Wiggle, I was very disappointed when I waited in all day for an order and it didn't turn up as promised.

When I checked the tracking link my heart sank: City Link! The note said 'tried to deliver, nobody at home, card left' - all of which was untrue. This is not the first time I've had this experience of City Link.

I've told Wiggle I will happily start using them IF they ditch City Link - they have said they won't, so I won't be using them again - thus my single star for customer service. I now use Ribble - great service, prices at least as good as Wiggle (for the items I bought) and - most importantly - they use Royal Mail (and still do free delivery).
