I recently purchased a bike, lights, helmet and bell from Wheelies as part of the cycle to work scheme. The helmet is fine, however Wheelies sent the wrong colour bike, a bell that didn't fit the handlebars and a faulty rear light.

When I asked them to send a bigger bell, they sent a standard bike bell rather than the special Dawes one I had ordered. They then sent me another Dawes bell that is the same size as the original one (therefore won't fit again), was damaged and broken as the packaging in which it was delivered was not sufficient.
