I had 2 replacement bikes from Wheelies that were organised by my insurance company. The build quality of the bikes was horrific. The fork on the mountain bike was back to front and the seat fell apart during the first ride.

I was also delivered a road bike which (apart from tightening the handlebars) was fine until the derailer came loose and caught in the chain. The result was a buckled wheel, a broken derailer and a snapped chain.

Wheelies don't want to know about it!
