My bike was stolen and had to deal with them through HSBC's insurance. First of all all the bikes I have chosen for my replacement were out of stock for months. I finally agreed on a bike they had in stock but am still waiting for it, 3 weeks now.. Every time I call it's 10mins being on hold and when finally the receptionist picks up (she can't help anyway) she says there's nobody available and they will call me back, never happened! 6 times so far! I have booked holiday according to their estimated bike arrival but will have to cancel as I don't think I'll get the bike any time soon. Hopefully when it arrives I won't have to send it back. If you don't want to be left confused, ignored and misinformed don't deal with them.
