I ordered a pair of tyres from Wallis Cycles which arrived quickly but without the innertubes which were included in the advert. This turned out to be an issue with Continental, who no longer include the tubes with the tyres, but Wallis offered to send some out and honour the advert anyway. Excellent customer service and communications (thank you Andy). I would wholeheartedly recommend Wallis and will certainly be buying from them again.

I purchased a black/silver bottle cage for my new specialized crosstrail bike. I know the scott version is identical to the elite version, but as i wanted black/silver hence my purchase of this cage from Wallis cycles. The item arrived quickly in the post and i soon had it fitted to the bike. Looks good, and a big thanks to the team at Wallis.

I knew Martin and his shop already, a real bike rider who knows what works and what doesn't and won't sell rubbish. He has started selling online now and has some *really* cheap prices on Continental tubes and tyres. The inner tubes are unboxed, but are the genuine item (with Continental printed on them!) and who wants to pay extra for a cardboard box to throw away anyway? I could have gone for the free delivery option, but as I was passing the shop anyway I used the free 'collection' option and went and picked them up and had a chat as well. There aren't that many products on the site yet, but Martin tells me they are adding more things every day. I will certainly be keeping an eye on it!
