“Slow service ”

Good reviews of this company led me to believe despatch was quick and efficient. Wrong. Despatch only occurred after I made numerous attempts to call them (usually getting through to an answer machine where my request for a call back was never answered). Turned out all items were being held back because one was out of stock (this was not shown when ordering). I asked that the in stock ones be sent straight away as one of them was a birthday gift I needed for the weekend. I was told it would go out straight away. 24 hours later and with no dispatch confirmation I called again and was told it had already been dispatched. Confirmation turned up several hours after that. 24 hours later and no sign of the parcel. Now too late for the birthday. The online order process also removed the first line of address from the delivery address search, causing me further headaches making sure all the now possible recipients were on the lookout for it. Also, tried to place the order the previous week and received an error message on the payment page. When I called about that i was told it was my credit card declining the transaction. Bad advice, as I called my credit card company who had no record of the transaction attempt. Thanks for nothing Tredz
