I called up with an issue with my bike that your mechanics failed to resolve after 4 attempts. I spoke to your manager for warranty who kindly agreed to send me the replacement parts out free of charge so that I could fit them myself. I advised him the I needed the bike urgently as it was my only form of transport and I am training for a charity event. I was advised that this would be sent out within 3-4 days. 2 weeks later I called back up to see where it was as I hadn't received it. I was then advised that it hadn't been ordered due to them not making that model any more. I was of contacted regarding this delay. Then I was told that it had been ordered and I should receive it soon. It eventually came through but one of the crank arms were damaged. This has has to be returned and I am in the processor waiting for a new one. All of this has stemmed from a simple job being done incorrectly by your mechanics. 4-5 weeks later I am still without my bike, a process that should have been resolved in a few days.
