Ordered a few things from them. One wasn't as in stock as the website suggested, but they emailed to let me know the progress of the delivery they had been expecting which was late. Although it did take a week or so for me to get the products, it was nice to be kept up to date with their progress.

I've ordered from Tredz before and they're normally pretty good with getting your goods to you on time.

One thing that would have improved the experience, would have been if they offered to ship the parts of the order they did have. Although I wasn't bothered this time as I needed all the parts at the same time to sort my bike.
