Ordering online was quick and easy. Unfortunately I made an error and put down the wrong colour of the item I wanted, I left an email and a voice message as I had ordered at night and wanted to catch the order before dispatch. The tog store rang me back the next day and confirmed the correction I'd asked for and the right item was dispatched the same day. I couldn't fault them. They responded quickly and courteously to my concerns and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Great job folks.
