I ordered a treadmill yesterday morning on the next working day service.. I didn't receive any emails to say my item had been dispatched so this morning I attempted to contact them on live chat to double check it had been sent out I got no answer..I then decided to message them and whilst waiting for a reply I checked for reviews only to come across this site..after reading all the terrible reviews I didn't hold my breathe that it was going to arrive today..I was pleasantly surprised to find half an hour later the door bell rung and sure enough it was the treadmill ... 10minutes after that I got an email reply to say it would in fact be arriving today... Overall there customer service has been great and also the full experience has been pleasent so there not all bad.
