Ordered item on 24/10/13 ...paid £10 STRAIGHT AWAY to have it collected by a courier...and here I am to this day still awaiting it to be picked up. 5 occasions now someone has waited in for this parcel to be collected and no courier has arrived - im sick of contacting this company for the date to be rebooked something further needs to be done. My payment therefore of £10 is sitting nicely in there bank whilst im out of pocket? Avoid this company at all costs, amateur staff and not to mention rude.
