“Are they still trading?”

Ordered two sweaters on about ten days ago still not received them. Telephoned spoke to sales rep who told me of technical difficulties. Emailed help desk three times no reply. Rang today their phones are not being answered. Went into Live Chat on their website left two messages. This should be called Dead Chat as it goes dead as soon as you submit your message. How can they do any business if this is the way they respond to customers? Absolutely shocking! I think they may be on the brink of ceasing to trade.

i am having much the same problems with them. I bought a new electric bike off them 3 months ago. the battery charger stopped working so i sent it back to them they emailed me on the 4th saying they had received it and it was with there tech department. it is now over 2 weeks later i have sent them at least half a dozen emails and they have not answered me once. in 10 years of shopping online this company is the worst by far that ive dealt with.
