“Terrible service and attitude problems”

I ordered a golf umbrella on 2nd November with 3-5 working day days stated fro shipping. I received no communication and no item so on 12th November I called up and spoke to someone in their shipping department. I was told that they had problems with their system but when I said them I had expected the item to be shipped by now I got the response "yeah?" and nothing more. I tried to press the issue but they clearly were not bothered by the fact that the item had shipped late. I am told it has now been shipped so fingers crossed.....
