It's all about knowledge & efficiency!

Picture the scene. It's Tuesday, I'm heading off on a ski holiday early Saturday morning and I notice that my Adidas Evil Eye Explorer lenses are cracked and I've managed to break a hinge...

A quick call to SSO and not only did they have the hinge in stock but I was also called by someone (sorry, forgotten the name) who was off work ill to answer my questions on different types of Adidas lenses.

Turns out that they had just arrived in stock too so I jumped onto the Internet, placed the order (it's gone 1300 by this time), and the special delivery made its way to me by 0900 this morning (Wednesday).

So, that's the efficiency part. The knowledge part comes in with the array of questions that I fired upon an incredibly helpful lady who explained all of the differences to me to ensure that I made the correct decision. Invaluable!

The icing on the cake? The prices. Fantastic!

I'm not normally the sort of person to write a review but I had to make an exception this time. A wonderful buying experience.
