Purchased a pair of shoes,what I got was a box containing Two odd shoes,one
a 9 the other a 7,different colours and styles.contacted customer services and got a standard,could not care less reply,clicked on the relevent complaint and was advised to print off a return label and return,at my cost and to do it by recorded post.
got the right ones in the end,got an E.Mail asking what I thought of the service,I told them.but do they care?doubt it.
