My experience with this store has edged on a nightmare. They will never except that you are legally entitled to a refund with a receipt and goods in the same order as they were when you bought them 24 hours beforehand. Faulty goods, your problem. Wrongly labelled size, your problem...oh and if your extremely shy child plucks up the courage and dares to suggest that a trainers sole is not flat (as it should be) than they are called liars. I will never ever enter or buy from this shop again. Did we get a refund? No. Were the trainers faulty? Absolutey! I would not recommend this shop, especially if you have any hypertension or cardiac issues.
