I recently returned a pair of shoes that were faulty. not being happy with the response in the shop, I have tried to contact customer services on the number they provide and have been kept waiting on an answerphone loop with no response from them. over the last three days I have spent more than three hours waiting,hanging on the phone listening to their answerphone message. I have also tried their supposed main office number with the same result. it is my own opinion that this is a deliberate tactic to avoid their responsibility with regard to returns and complaints. over the years I have purchased numerous items from this company but never again.
