i purchase some retro tops from this company and when i got them i was shocked to find someone had blown their nose on them then stuffed them into the packaging i complained to the customer care team who sent me a email thanking me for reporting the issue to them.
when i asked for a replacement they emailed me back telling me to just wash the item and it would be fine, when i told them that was not satisfactory they then just ignored me.
an awful company once they have your money.
and on top of that i paid for next day delivery that was a week late, when i complained about that i was informed that they had dispatched by a next day service, and they don't promise to actually dispatch the next day.
