I was given a fift voucher by my Daughterfor a xmas present. But due to unforseen circumstsnces ie: open heart surgery and then moving I lost the voucher. I eventually found the voucher and rang customer services who told me that the voucher was no longer valid as it was over 12 months old. how many more thousands of people has this happened to and where is their money. it is a disgrace that they are allowed to carry with this policy. My daughter was never informed that the voucher ran out in 12 months or she would not have bought it. I strongly reccomend that nobody should purchase a gift card from them, and they should be reported to the office of fair traiding for this obviously deceitful act.I will tell all my friends how the treat their customers.

The gift card lasts for 18 months, and if asked I am sure they would have told you.
