Shop alarm still attached to coat.avoid store

I have two toddlers so thought it would be better to order older daughters school coat online which I did.when I ordered it added a magazine and cup which I was charged for .then when school coat did come it still had shop alarm on when I contacted custumer service they told me to return it to store.or post it back at my own expense.i asked to speak to a manager they told me they would phone me back .three days later still no call.so once again I phoned the online contact no which cost 10p per minute costing myself once again when I spoke to them once more got told the same never got to talk to a manager as there wasn't one available ! Disgusting service not convenient at all total nightmare .wouldnt get this type of service from jd sports or any other of your high street shops avoid like the plague.might be a little cheaper but not worth the headache at all.custumer service workers are so rude when telling you there's nothing they can do .not worth calling and wasting more money on this store avoid avoid....x
