Having visited several sports direct stores over the last few years, all in all their product range is good. But all I want is to speak to a member of staff in store to see if they have a particular item in stock as I want to walk in, pay cash and walk out again because I have been let down by another company but do you think that any of the three stores I have tried to call this morning have answered their phone?! I know the bulk of their turnover is centred around online shopping, but is it too much to ask to have a human shopping experience like it was before the internet?!
