When you order online they automatically add a catalogue for £1 why do i need that when i'm ordering online therefore can see everything online. you can remove it but you have to remember to do so. Also our delivery was a present direct to the persons house, but they used yodel and the delivery said delivered but it wasnt. I called yodel on the phone almost an hour then got told to call the delivery driver (no reply) then i caled sportsdirect an hour waiting to get the call answered, when it was answered and i explained the situation they were really unhelpful and said it would have been tracked to the delivery address. i explained the recipient had cctv and i would happily prove it wasnt delivered so they looked into it and the delivery driver who i couldnt originally get a response from delivered the parcel saying he had accdentally taken it to the wrong address 2 days previous!
