“Poor Service in Store”

Had about 8 items, 4 garments from different brands each in two sizes that I wanted to try on to get the best fit.

Was rudely told I could only take 2 items at a time into the changing room.

Explained that I was by myself and this would be awkward and time consuming. I was told again that only 2 items were allowed.

I put everything on a rail and left. For me the only advantage of a store over online shopping is the ability to try on something to check the fit. If I cannot sensibly do this then I will shop elsewhere.

Well done sports direct, you just lost over £100 business today and I will not be returning. Nor will I buy online from you as the quality of your goods is too variable.
