“Poor (non-existent) online service & Poor quality”

Waited over a month before my order which was further delayed with no reason given. Could never speak to anybody and just received automated replies which had no bearing on my requests - HUGELY FRUSTRATING!!!
There were two items on pre-order which I later understood had not come in despite the claims that they had.

I missed two cricket matches because of the incompetence of these people, waiting for all my cricket gear to come through whcih I ordered online through sportsdirect!

They make claims on their website which are false - you are lied to again and again. Stay clear of this company (their presence across the country with there stores gives you the impression that they are trustworthy, but believe me they are not) - my advice is to choose another online sports company even if you have to pay a few extra pennies. Because the nightmare sports direct put you through with their lies and complete lack of customer care or service is horrible.

Had to cancel my order in the end, after waiting one and a half months.
