I ordered a football kit for my son's birthday and paid for next day delivery. After 3 days my order had not arrived - I tried to track delivery with their courier company but could not. Then tried to contact Sports Direct but (hard to find) phone number was a 0870 10p/minute rate and each time I connected was told I was a minimum of 20th in the queue! - emailed several times but no reply. Eventually my order arrived after 8 days which was too late - tried to arrange a return but their pathetic 7 day returns policy meant I could not claim a refund! Emailed constantly but no reply.
Fortunately I had paid through Paypal so was able, after some inconvenience, claim a refund after (I had paid for) return of goods. What a joke.
