“wouldn't get an answer to an e-mail in a month...”

ordered a couple of dozens things at a time, 1 of them appeared to be much too small, sent it back requesting an exchange (sent an e-mail about this prior to posting - no reply), 1,5 months passed - no info if they have received my postage, if they are going to exchange it, or refund it! nothing... sent 2 more e-mails (via their web site, as there is no direct e-mail address) with an interval of 10 days - no answer...
