When the obscure part I needed was listed as no longer available in the USA, I went to the Splat Shop and inquired about it.They returned my e-mail the same day saying they could get me one. I ordered it, and got it from England to Hawaii in about ten days without any fancy shipping or costs. Way to go Splat Shop.
