Fantastic service (quite refreshing today) We chose to buy the Rookie Retro Skates for our Grandaughters Birthday & ordered her size 2 boots which arrived quickly with updates given on delivery.
Order arrived & present given for Birthday to find that they came up slightly tight fitting so spoke to Skates.co.uk who confirmed they would take them back & resend in size 3 with no charge for delivery back to them.
Simple process & quick return of replacement skates
Excellent service all round would recommend using this company to anyone
